View Contacts 

The contact database functions similarly to a phonebook, encompassing both internal users and external contacts. Within this section, you can view details for all contacts. 

In the main menu, select Contacts to display a list of all contacts. 



You can search for a contact using the filter function on the left-hand side of the screen.

Search using Contact Type, Name, E-Mail, Number and Trade Type etc. 











Selecting a Contact will take you into the full profile where you will be able to access several different tabs across the top of the page, these tabs will vary depending on the contact type.



Details

This will provide an overview of the main contact details.

Compliance

You can track a contact’s compliance records and manage the record status and expiry date etc. A Share Link can be created and shared with the contact allowing them to complete the details of their compliance. (if applicable)

Documents

You can upload and store documents relating to this contact. 

Employees

You can create and link company employees, with their own user details page. (if applicable)

Offices

You can create and link company offices, with their own user details page. (if applicable)

Attendance

You can create attendance records and link this to a particular job.  

History/Notifications

This shows a log of any changes made to the contact as well as any notifications sent to them. 

Data Forms

It is possible to create an interactive form and link it to a contact. This form allows you to track additional data about the contact. You can create a Share Link to share this form with the contact allowing them to view and edit it. 

Share Links

You can view Share Links that have been shared with contact.
