Contact History & Notifications
Contact History/Notifications lets you track any communication you have had with a specific contact.
So, if you need to communicate with a contact but not on an individual job level you can email and message them through this section and have a history of any communication. You can also add notes relating to a particular contact.
Clicking into a Contact will open their profile.

You can view the History/Notifications tab here which will provide you the entire message history of this contact. you can view Contact activity.
If you need to communicate, from this tab you can also send e mail and SMS (if your company has this functionality activated), or add notes to the Contact
