Create New Contact

The contact database functions similarly to a phonebook, encompassing both internal users and external contacts. Within this section, you can input and manage personal details for all contacts.

In the main menu, select Contacts.

To create a new contact, you can either:

  • Click the ‘New’ button at the top of the screen and select ‘New Contact.’
  • When in the Contacts section from the main menu click the ‘New Contact’ button.

Once you are in the Create New Contact page select the Contact Type – this selection will determine which fields are available to complete i.e. choosing subcontractor from the list will then give an option to choose a trade type.
