History Filters 

In the History of the job, you can easily filter to only display items you require. 

When accessed from the ‘History’ section of the ‘Job’ menu, you will see the following filter bar. 

You can sort how the items are listed, with the option of oldest or newest first. 

You can also filter the view of the History items to show by the date or status. Or you can choose just to view Notes/Emails/SMS.

Note – This filter is not viewable from the ‘Quick Actions’ menu, only the ‘Job Menu.’



For a more advanced search, you can select the magnifying glass, which will open a section with more field options. 

You can choose to search by the person who took the action, using the ‘Action By’ field.

 

Using the ‘History Action’ field you can locate a particular history item, such as document uploads, modifying an appointment and new forms created/deleted. 

Checking the Notifications checkbox allows you to search by ‘Notification Type’ such as Email, SMS or Notes. 

You can also search by ‘Classification’, where classification is what type of notification was generated e.g. Client, Contractor.

Once you’ve defined your search criteria you need to click ‘Search’ at the top of the advanced search section
