Sending an SMS
To send an SMS while in the job, go on the ‘Overview page’, click the SMS icon. This can be found on the right side of the page in the quick action’s menu.

Note: When you hover over an item on the quick action’s menu, the name will appear. In this instance, you will see ‘Send SMS.’
A blade will open out, and you will see the following view.
You can select a template using the drop-down list. The template will automatically prefill the mandatory information, such as the Classification, Contact number and Body of the SMS message.
To view the SMS on a zoomed in screen, select the following icon. 
Once all information has been reviewed, select ‘Send SMS’.

Viewing Sent SMS
To view any History SMS that have previously been sent:
From the Job menu and select ‘History.’ From here you will see all previous SMS that have been sent to the customer.
Select the ‘SMS’ button.
