Jobs List 

The Jobs list shows you a view of all the Jobs created within Contractor Workspace. 

To view the Jobs list, select Jobs from the main menu.

All Jobs will appear in a list format. The blue highlighted column headings at the top of the page provide key data points for each job. 

It is also possible to sort these columns e.g. Alphabetically by Customer by clicking the 'Customer’ heading.

To open a job, simply click on the job and the job screen will appear. 

You can filter the jobs list to display only your jobs by changing the view type.

You can search and filter jobs using the Search feature. Use the  icon to open the search feature.

Enter the information in the text boxes, you can use as many of the options as you need. 

Click Search to apply your filters.

The jobs list will then appear on the right with all the jobs containing the search criteria. 

Click on the job to be taken to that job page.
