Job Boards 

Job Boards give you a view of the jobs which currently sit in a particular part of the process. The Job Boards available are managed by your company administrator.

Select Jobs from the main menu to access the Job List

 From the ‘Job Lists’ page, click the ‘View’ button in the top right of the screen. 

All Jobs will dispay all jobs within your Comany

My Jobs will dispaly all jobs you've created or been allocated and select ‘Boards’ from the drop-down list.

Job Boards can be customised to show different views. Your company can create multiple Job Boards depending on your requirements. 

If your company has multiple Job Boards, you can select the required one by using the drop down on the left of the screen.

The jobs are grouped into buckets. You can have a clear view of what jobs are at what status.

You can change what information is shown for each job by going to ‘View’ button and selecting/deselecting information you want to see.
