Health & Safety Items


WHS Items allows you to record and manage items such as Hazards, Injuries and Risks connected to a job. WHS Items provides fields for recording the relevant details as well as uploading photos. By using WHS Item Status, you can track and manage the progress of these items.


Open the required Job. Access H&S Items from the Job menu

  



 


Use the green plus field at the top of the screen to create the new WHS Item. 

  • Using the drop-down menu select the item type, either ‘Hazard,’ ‘Incident’ or ‘Risk.’
  • Select who is the user reporting the WHS Item.
  • Choose the incident date then select ‘Create.’



The incident will open, and you can add further information. You can also attached documents or photos.  such as Incident description, date it needs to be mitigated by and resolution date. Once all relevant information has been entered, select ‘Update’.




At the top right corner of the screen you can select the tag icon to add any related tags such as ‘Critical’ or ‘Low priority.’ 


You can also update the status as the incident progresses by selecting the ‘Change Status’ button.

   

Once created you can open and review existing WHS items from the list by clicking on it from the summary page.
