Create Work Order
From the main menu select Jobs. Locate the relevant job you wish to create a Work Order for and click to open the job.
Note: The estimate needs to be locked and authorised before you can create a Work Order, not just created
To create a Work Order, from within the Job select ‘Work Orders,’ from the Job menu.
Then select ‘Go to Create/Unallocated’ button.


Select all the Items you would like to add to the Work Order.

By default, New Work Order is selected.
Select if the recipient is Internal or External from the drop-down menu.
Choose the Supplier/Internal User the work order is going to.
Select ‘Create’.

Once the Estimate items have been added successfully a message will pop up. Click ‘View Work Order’ to preview it.
