Copy Estimate

Copy Estimate 

From the main menu select Claims.

Locate the Claim containing the estimate you wish to copy. Click to open.

Within the Claim, click the Estimates option in the Claim menu on the left-hand side of the screen.

Select the estimate you wish to copy.

 Select Actions, and Copy

 You can choose to copy the estimate to a different Claim by searching for the required Claim, or alternatively copy the estimate to the current Claim

 When using the search function to copy to another Claim, select the relevant search criteria such as Claim number, Client, client reference, site address or even customer name. Selecting ‘Show All’ will return exact and partial matches

 You will then have the option to go directly to the Claim to view and/or edit the copied estimate
