Documents
In Contractor Workspace you can upload and store external documents within a job.
These documents may encompass various items such as photos, reports, quotations, invoices, and correspondence from your clients, such as job approvals.
From the main menu select Jobs. Locate the relevant job you wish to upload documents for and click to open the job.

Uploading Documents Manually
Navigate to the Documents Section in the Jobs tab. Click on 'Upload'.

Use the 'Choose Files' button to select the file saved on your computer or drag and drop the file into the 'Files' box.
Select the Document Type from the dropdown. This will categorise the file within the job and aid in organising your documents.
Description is optional and can be edited or updated later. When uploading multiple documents at once, these properties will be applied to all, but can be edited.
Tick the Public box if you want the document to be visible through your Job Portal share links.
Click the ‘Add Documents to Upload Queue’ button to upload the document to the job.

Your Upload Queue can be viewed in the top right corner of your screen, indicating successful document upload.
